Our story
CRASHIT was born in Jesolo in 2021 from Enrico Bacchin's passion for barbecue and American food. The idea is simple: a patty smashed on the blazing-hot griddle for an irresistible crust, 100% Italian beef and a soft brioche bun.
From the first spot in Jesolo, CRASHIT has landed in Padova and Verona. Next stop: Bologna.
